The reason given was that there were errors in the documents, something they didn't like about the scans of my documents. Now I am trying to understand the issue. I paid more for the service than I gained. Not all subscriptions were paid. Mostly all the money that I put on the card was spent on games. I paid 2.95 bucks to issue a virtual dollar card. The expenses did not end there. Now every month I will be charged 2.7 dollars for maintenance. The same card, but in euros, is cheaper for some reason. Oh, well. What I don't like most of all is that for transferring funds from my account in the Kapitalist system to their virtual card, I also have to pay and pay a lot - replenishment of the card costs almost 5$! Thankfully, I only need this card for a while, then I plan to close it, so as not to go broke on the commission!

To a RF bank card is a bit cheaper, but still expensive in the end. I opened an account in the Capitalist system to withdraw arbitrage earnings. The volumes are large, respectively, and the overpayment is large. I will look for a more favorable payment system for these purposes.
